Comprehensive Jet URRT - Four Day Course

The Flight Research Comprehensive Four-Day Jet URRT course is ideal for pilots undertaking their first upset recognition and recovery training. Pilots fly three different types of aircraft, The North American Sabreliner, MB-326 Impala and Slingsby T-67 Firefly, while working their way up in complexity and performance to full jet upsets. Course studies include basic and advanced aerodynamics as related to aircraft loss of control, including high altitude and high speed topics. It also includes use and understanding of the full flight envelope. Students begin with the basics in the T-67 Firefly and then move on to advanced maneuvering in the heavier North American Sabreliner, practicing basic recovery maneuvers and scenario-driven flight examples. Lastly, students will operate two flights in the MB-326 Impala for full high performance and inverted maneuvers using a highly-advanced turbine platform.
